The Perfect Match

One Stop For Two

Working in large groups sometimes may be and will be hard to work with. Each and everyone of the team members have different points, views, creativity and capabilities.... But recently, I found the most perfect group with 0% conflicts. E-commerce is the subject that brought us together. Friends which come by and leave after a period of time.... Sometimes, my mind wonder to far away, taking down my happy days just thinking about the future....

Well, its kinda true what my parents say. When we grow older, everything will change. Friends will continue their studies some place far away, some my start working, some may leave homeland and some may find their own way in life. We will be separated....

So for me...I look forward to having the greatest time with my friends, cos I will never know when they will end. Still have faint memories about the few nights ago.... :D Ate mee at 4am. Worked from 8pm to 10am. Joke about mere web "checkout buttons". Getting high on tiredness. Talking about chest sizes... lol!! Paul!! Being a bunch of mangatuts!! :D Just talking nonsense everyday!! :D

Thanks to Jon, Paul, Sasa, Yen for making this a really excellent group. Thanks a bunch and great job guys!! Hope to have you all in the next group project!!

Those with the business brains which really helped alot, Jon boy and Phoebe
Those with on program knowledge Paul, Yen, Mua.
Those with loads of time just to accompany us, MELISSA!!!

FRIENDS

They care for you, but they are not from your family. They are ready to share our pain, but they are not from your blood relation. They are FRIENDS!! True friends scolds like DAD...cares like MOM, teases like a SISTER, irritates like a BROTHER. And finally loves U more than a lover....

One Stop For Two in the making - 1042

One Stop For Two to the professional level. We brought our basic website from 30 pages to 120 pages max!! This is so far the most complex website I have ever laid my hands on. And not to mention, the most time spend on it. :D

One Stop For Two in the making, for one whole week, 23 June to 27 June minimum at lease 26 hours sleep only may be less, but a definite no more!!... working on this assignment. Managed to get my office working to our expectations. We managed to grab Jon to help us, and he really did a good job. My house became an absolute SOHO. Wireless and networking help us to work very efficient. My server helped us to save files and transfer in a matter of milliseconds. Woah!! This is One Stop For Two in the making..... Sleepless nights, a whole lot of programs, effort and laughter brought us through this nights. Truly unforgettable.

Hands on the mouse and keyboard, typing and thinking, planning and dreaming, lame jokes and laughter, sleepless nights.....made.... 1 - stop - 4 - 2 ( one stop for two)

This was our divided task :

Paul - web elements, designing & linking
Jon - research & report
Yen - designing & web building
Me - linking, 3D animation & splash page
Melissa - only MSN... ... ... and kept us motivated throughout the night!!

Our tools we used :

- 2 Dell laptops
- 1 Toshiba laptop
- 3 desktops
- 1 server

Programs we used :

- Adobe Flash ( splash page )
- Adobe Photoshop ( designing and web building )
- Adobe Dreamweaver ( web elements and page linking )
- Lightwave 3D Modeler and Layout ( 3D splash page )
- Microsoft Office 2007 ( proposal )
- Microsoft Publisher 2008 ( forms )
- Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 ( software programming )
- Adobe Premiere ( splash page )
- Sony Vegas ( splash page )

Jon boy worked on 1042 for 36 hours on his station

Our supper at 4am.... duck maggi mee from thailand

The place where we, snooze, eat, laugh, chat, and work

1042 in the making, 3 laptops, and 3 desktops, SOHO networking made up our office

Paul on his station doing web elements programming

How Could This Happen To Me

I open my eyes
I try to see but I'm blinded by the white light.
I can't remember it how
I can't remember it why
I'm lying here tonight
And I can't STAND the pain
And I can't make it go away
No I can't STAND the pain

*CHORUS*
How could this happen to me
I've made my mistakes
got nowhere to run
The night goes on as I'm fading away
I'm sick of this life
I just wanna scream
How could this happen to me

Everybody's screaming
I try to make a sound but no one hears me
I'm slipping off the edge
I'm hanging by a thread
I wanna start this over again
So I try to hold
On to a time when
Nothing mattered
And I can't explain
What happened and I can't erase the things that I've done
No I can't

*CHORUS*
How could this happen to me
I've made my mistakes
got nowhere to run
The night goes on as I'm fading away
I'm sick of this life
I just wanna scream
How could this happen to me

I've made my mistakes
got nowhere to run
The night goes on as I'm fading away
I'm sick of this life
I just wanna scream
How could this happen to me

Father's Day

Well, today 15 June is Father's Day... What have you did for you father? Did you wish him Happy Fathers Day!! Appreciate him more!! From what I have heard in Children Sunday Schools....

Kid 1 : I made a Fathers Day card.... but I don't have a father. My father left us....
Kid 2 : I don't have a father, teacher.....
Kid 3 : I would like to wish my father, Happy Fathers Day.... but my father passed away when I
was small teacher.

To all fathers, HAPPY FATHERS DAY!! Please don't forget to wish your father!! :D
This is a song to all fathers!! Including the One above....

Chris Tomlin - Indescribable

This is a poem by me to all fathers. Entitled, DAD

You were there when I was small
You saw me through it all
You were there to catch my fall
Pick me up when I am down
When I was small, you carried me and turn me around
Love in you is what I have found
When I am sick, you make sure no one makes a sound
You are my DAD and will always be.... My DAD.

Walked out of Death

BOO!! Hi people!! I am still alive. Well, this is what happened. I left for my Ampang appointment with my client at around 8.50am. Near my area, the Bandar Kinrara Industrial area I met with an accident. Well, since that area was industrial area, almost all the transportation there is bus, trucks, cargo trucks and lorries. I was hit head on, left hand side of my Kancil. I was following a Merc behind. When I came to the junction, I stopped and look. My mind was clogged up with my daily problems and work. Worried about stuff here and there. So I was kinda emotionless that morning. I did not see the van becos it was blocked by the Merc and I was about to turn right into another lane, thats when the Nissan van came and hit me. He was driving at quite a high speed, so could not stop in time. Crash!! Kanasai lo.....

Try to imagine if it was a bus or a van..... sigh!! Close call.

I was emotionless even when I got hit in the head. Kinda blurs.....the duh...kind of face.

When I saw the van coming... (in my mind >) "oh... got van coming. Crouch....closed my eyes, thought byebye world... hello heaven!!" BANG!! Seconds later... thought I really kanasai d.... then I opened my eyes... Eh... not pain wan wo.... I am still alive!! I really want to thank my protector, God.... Well, I really thought I should have not walk away from the car alive....

What was processing in my mind when I got hit : (absolute flash back)

- Money, Work, College
- My condition
- My sister
- My family
- My college mates
- Everything......

This is my advice guys... always drive carefully. I live by the motto.....

" Leave the house with a prayer, and what ever you do, come back alive in one piece"
" If you are a driver for anyone, or if you are fetching anyone, Your responsibility is to bring them back healthy and alive from where you left off."

Well, I have lived by these words and I follow them very closely. And just want to let you guys know, which follow my car. I will never let anything happen to you guys, never. With my strength and my God I will promise you guys this.

" You have a reason to live in this life..... Live for that reason no matter what" - DiXon -

If you have someone you love dearly.. treasure that person, treasure your family. You will never know what will happen. Looks like its a message from God. DIXON.... DON'T TRAVEL SO MUCH. GO BACK TO CHURCH AND SERVE ME... WE NEED YOUR HELP... There goes my car...! Haha!! Send for repair lo... I am happy, happy that I am not injured in any way, and will treasure my friends, sister, family more dearly.... Cheche!! Thanks for rushing all the way from KL just to be there for me... sorry for making you worry!! Gomenn oneechan... Watashi daijobu deshou...Yen, Melissa, Jon, Paul sms to find out how was the condition, although they thought it was a prank again... :D Thanks guys!! Thanks to my mechanic kakis for helping me fast!! :D Thanks guys.....THANK YOU GOD For preserving my life.....

Note : Always get a trusted tow guy... dont simply hand your car to anyone. There was about 4 tow trucks there waiting. My team came in 3 cars and a tow truck just to escort and make sure no fight break out. Thanks guys...!!

This is my car after the accident

Macro shots anyone? :P

Purple Series

Previously our photography class had an outing to the Orchid park in KL. The water lilies there were awesome!! I really loved the purple color. We were there for about 2 hours under the afternoon hot sun. I also managed to test out my macro lens and contrast tweak in my camera. Here are some of the pictures that I took.
