On to my review of the ACER Aspire 5935G. My laptop specs are as bellow,
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
Graphics : Nvidia GT130M 1GB DDR2 (build-in memory)
RAM : Kingston DDR3 1066MHz 4GB
Harddisk : 500GB Sata 2
Well, I guess this is all you guys have to know. So far, the design is not bad, but yet again, the keyboard is not for monster strength hands. We have a neat backlited keyboard, connectivity touch keys, media control touch keys, on/off for touch pad, on/off for HD LCD, and the amazing power saver button.
Power Saver
Firstly, I want to comment on the power saver button. Its absolutely amazing piece of idea by ACER. When the power saver is off, you can run your High Definition games on high and play your heart out. But when the power saver is on, the laptop switches to Intel Integrated Extreme Graphics. This is cool because, when you are doing office work on the go and you need power, you will be able to switch off your graphics card!! :D Take a look at the graphics specs with power saver on and off.

ACER finally got a grasp on the plastic touch which is obviously more sensitive and touch friendly than the normal gloss kinds on the Aspire 3000 series. Well, Dell is still to catch up. We have the ACER MediaControl on the right hand side and the ACER connectivity on the left. the response on the touch keys are absolutely amazing. Very human touch friendly. :) One up from me!!
ACER also took multimedia and sound systems to the next level. Comparing to DELL, Compaq and HP, ACER uses Dolby Home Theater Virtual Surround Sound and the new and powerful ACER Tuba Subwoofer with Cinebass!! The sound just blows you away!! In Dell studios, I wonder why they call....it Studio when the sound does not even match a Nokia N95 sound system, sadly.....
Screen and Body
Next off to the screen, well, we have the 15.6" HD screen, with the frameless design.
